New offerings in March are:
• Little Lotus Yoga For Toddlers: Kids walking and up to age 5 will have fun with yoga poses, songs, stories, a bit of quiet time, and a lot more moving; children build focus, gain confidence, and get exercise. Saturdays 11 a.m. to noon, March 5-April 30. 8 weeks, $80 for one adult and one child, $45 each additional child; drop-in for $12, $8 for each additional child. • Lunchtime Yoga Break: Start the week with a relaxing, rejuvenating, and restorative Svaroopa yoga break. Deeply relaxing breathing exercises, guided awareness and poses to dissolve spinal tensions, including neck and shoulders. Learn poses you can do at work and at home. For all ability levels. • Yoga 1-2-3-4: This class will focus on the first four of eight yoga practices. Steps involve achieving balance in one’s life, physical health using yogic postures, achieving mental balance and peace via breath regulation and control.
