POTSDAM — The North Country Children's Museum is hosting the World Kid Games on Saturday, Jan. 14, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. and Sunday, Jan. 15 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
The museum will have a kid-sized climber, cardio equipment, long jump, hula hoops, and kettlebells set up to build your kid power.
Kids can go through a workout and test their heart rate on a stand up monitor.
Kids can start training for the World University Games here.
The program is included with the cost of museum admission ($8 per person) and is free for museum members.
There is no need to preregister for this drop-in program.
The museum is located at 10 Raymond Street in downtown Potsdam.
