Wine, Beer, Cheese, Chocolate, & Artisan Festival returns to Ogdensburg Saturday

OGDENSBURG -- The Frederic Remington Art Museum, 303 Washington St., will host its fourth annual Wine, Beer, Cheese, Chocolate, & Artisan Festival on Saturday, Feb. 2, from 11 a.m.-6 p.m.

Admission is $5 per person.

This popular event provides a tasting and shopping experience, conveniently scheduled before Valentine's Day.

Vendors include 12 wineries, 1 brewery, and 2 distilleries, as well as artisans offering locally made products from jewelry to fine art to sweets and handcrafted soap. Over 40 vendors will be included this year, said a press release from the museum.

Most of the offerings are locally and regionally produced, and sold by local artisans and vendors.

Festival goers will find Coyote Moon Vineyards, Thousand Islands Winery, Bella-Brooke Vineyards, Lakeland Winery, Three Brothers Wineries, River Myst Winery, Busted Grapes, Otter Creek Winery, High Peaks Winery, Ashley Lynn Winery, Venditti Vineyards, Tug Hill Vineyards, Adirondack Toboggan Co. Brewery, Dark Island Spirits, Saratoga Courage Distillery, Bender Busy Bee Honey, Homestead Heritage Cheese, Sweet Creations Sugar House; and North Country Creamery, Sugar Valley Bakery, 3 Bears Gluten Free Bakery, Navs Popcorn, Saratoga Crackers, Not Your Average Cookie, Cosimano e Ferrari Olive Oil Company, Hidden Pastures Dairy, Bechaz Riverdale Cheese, Kim’s Cheesecake on a Stick, Apple Grove Farm, Marigold Kitchen & Bakery, Tom's Wood Shop, ArtByMaria, Radiant Gem by Melanie Connor, Attagirl Soap, Joe LaRocque Woodturning, River Rat Designs, Barbara Briggs Ward – Author, Eye Candy, Lionhart Graphics, Debra Monteith Jewelry, Blue Frenzy Jewelry by Christina Adams, Chipman Woodworks, Mare’s Wares, and Lynn Murray Photography.

Wimpy's Inn will sell a selected menu inside the museum.

Festival visitors are encouraged to visit the Newell Galleries to enjoy exhibits of original art by Frederic Remington, as well as the 22nd Annual Middle & High School Art Exhibit in the Richard E. Winter Gallery.
