Fun with Fermentation

CANTON: “Fun with Fermentation: Vegetable Transformation” hands-on food preservation class in the Harvest Kitchen at the Extension Learning Farm, 6:30-8:30 p.m., 2043 State Highway 68; fermentation is a delicious and nutritious way to safely preserve seasonal vegetables.
