CANTON: In the Kitchen with Your Sweetie: Couples Class, 6 p.m., Cornell Cooperative Extension of St. Lawrence County; Josh Taillon will share techniques to increase your comfort in the kitchen while utilizing whole foods and local ingredients; Josh has been executive chef in two farm-to-table restaurants and excited to open his own establishment in Spring 2020; workshop is one in a four-part series called Farm-to-Table with Josh Taillon; workshops all feature ingredients grown or raised in the North Country and include hands-on opportunities, samples, and recipes; pre-registration required, https://bit.ly/2Qb9QAl; $20 per workshop.
