MASSENA: Massena Public Library book for March is “The Life she was Given” by local author Ellen Marie Wiseman; historical fiction of girl whose mother hides her in an attic for ten years, then sells her to circus during the Depression; 6:30 p.m. at Massena Public Library. IDA meeting

CANTON: St. Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency is scheduled to meet, 8:30 a.m., Ernest J. LaBaff Industrial Building, 19 Commerce Lane; meetings of the St. Lawrence County IDA-Local Development Corporation, St. Lawrence County IDA – Civic Development Corporation and St. Lawrence County Property Development Corporation will immediately follow; meetings are open to the public.

Chicken & biscuits
