Top fiddlers perform

Spring dance concert

CANTON: St. Lawrence University 2019 Spring Dance Concert, 8 p.m., Edson R. Miles Black Box Theate; free and open to the public, although tickets are required due to limited seating; "Movement Stories" will consist of an array of dance styles – including ballet, modern and jazz; performances will include a variety of dance arrangements and choreographers done by St. Lawrence students.

Fraser Family

HEUVELTON: The Fraser Family from Harrisville will perform traditional Celtic folk music at Pickens Hall, 83 State St., 7 p.m., will showcase their heritage in a show of traditional music from Ireland, Scotland and Cape Breton; admission is $10 in advance and $12 at the door; advance tickets are available online and at Pickens General Store, 315-344-7950; refreshments will be provided; hall is handicapped accessible; sponsored by the Heuvelton Historical Association.

Annual gala, auction

CANTON: St. Mary’s School’s annual gala and auction, 6 p.m., silent auctions, live auction, live music, cocktails, food stations, DJ and dancing; tickets: $40 at the door; $35 presale, call school office for details.

Flying Ivories fundraiser

POTSDAM: Hospice and Palliative Care of St. Lawrence Valley is welcoming the Flying Ivories Piano Company of Boston, Massachusetts to the Cheel Campus Center, Clarkson University for a night of entertainment to benefit their services; doors open at 5:30 p.m., show at 7 p.m.; interactive experience for the audience, with music from 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s; attendees make requests which steers the direction of the show and comedy is incorporated from the first note until the show ends; heavy hor d’oeuvres, cash bar; tickets $35, available until April 19, must be purchased in advanced; reserve a table for $300; 315-265-3105, www.hospiceslv.org.
