The SUNY Canton Small Business Development Center (SBDC), St. Lawrence Chamber of Commerce, North Country Chamber of Commerce and GrowBiz Media are teaming-up to help small business owners plan for 2022 with a webinar on Wednesday, Oct. 20, from 1 to 2 p.m.
As the year comes to an end, it is time for small business owners to strategize for 2022 by looking beyond the immediate effects of the Covid-19 pandemic and leverage trends that build more robust businesses. Nationally-known speaker and best-selling author Rieva Lesonsky will discuss:
• Breakthrough small business ideas and industries that are connecting with consumers.
• America’s changing demographics, attitudes, and consumer behaviors, and how small businesses can best adapt and address them.
Rieva Lesonsky is president and CEO of two companies that focus on small business and entrepreneurship—GrowBiz Media and SmallBusinessCurrents.com. Before starting GrowBiz Media, she was the long-time editorial director of Entrepreneur magazine.
The event is free, and open to the public. Advanced registration is required due to limits on group size. Register online at www.canton.edu/sbdc or call (518) 324-7232.
