MASSENA — The Health Initiative and a Bridge to Wellness will host a Walk with a Doc on Saturday, Nov. 5, at the John Story Trail at 84 Nightengale Ave. near the Churchill Avenue entrance, starting at 10 a.m.
In the event of inclement weather, the walk will be held inside Massena High School.
The walk is open to the community.
Participation is free, pre-registration is not required, and open to all abilities.
Walkers will enjoy a refreshing and rejuvenating walk with St. Lawrence Health’s Dr. Flos Brown, Family Medicine Specialist and Carolyn Zanta, Ph.D., Health Coach Advisor.
Ms. Zanta will briefly present preventive health programs at St. Lawrence Health before the walk.
