Vendor registration deadline Feb. 3 for Rediscovering Your Backyard Bridal Expo in Ogdensburg

OGDENSBURG – The Rediscovering Your Backyard Bridal Expo will be held Sunday, Feb. 19 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 120 Commerce Park Drive, Ogdensburg Bridge and Port Authority Industrial Park.

Ogdensburg Area Zonta Club, Ogdensburg Area Boys & Girls Club, 96.7 YES-FM, Q Country 102.9, PAC 98.7 and Ogdensburg Bridge & Port Authority and Assemblywoman Addie J. Russell are sponsoring the event.

Local businesses are invited to exhibit their products and services for weddings and special events – from products and service providers to retailers and artisans offering gift registry services.

• Vendors must register for the expo by Friday, Feb. 3.

• Email russella@assembly.state.ny.us or call 786-0284 or 386-2037 to register.

• Vendors are responsible for their own display set-up.

• 10x10 vendor booth is $25 donation; 20x10 vendor booth is $50 donation, payable to the Ogdensburg Area Zonta Club (proceeds of the donations will be shared between Ogdensburg Area Zonta Club and the Ogdensburg Area Boys & Girls Club).

• Share your power, internet and other set-up needs when you register.

• Set-up hours available Saturday, Feb. 18 from noon to 7 p.m., and day of event from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

• Vendors must comply with all laws/regulations applicable to their business.

Attention Local Businesses:

If you provide a product or service or gift registry service appropriate for weddings or special events you are invited to exhibit at the expo including special event venues, jewelers, flower shops, formal wear shops, seamstresses, event planners, party rental businesses, photographers, musical entertainment, bakeries, limousine & carriage services, printers, ceremony officiators, favor producers, decorators, travel agencies, dance instructors, fitness services, gardeners & landscapers, financial planners, attorneys, insurance agents, cleaning services, gift shops, artisans, antique dealers, local food producers & processors, wineries.

Special Opportunities:

Fashion show: formal wear shops – florists - hair stylists – make-up artists

Demonstrations and seminars: half-hour slots to provide more detailed information to groups

Cake dive: sponsorship opportunities for a baker/bakery, and jeweler contest for several brides to win a jewelry prize
