CANTON — “Don’t Be a Turkey!”, a special Thanksgiving week fitness blast taught by Dawn Taylor, will be offered at the Yoga Loft, 21 Miner St. This is a series of challenging classes on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, Nov. 21 -23, from noon-1 p.m. each day.
Body weight strength training with plyometrics and bursts of cardio activity, to increase energy, maintain healthy weight and gain strength via squats, lunges, planks, etc.
