POTSDAM -- The Tastes & Talents of the North Country Holiday Show will be held at SUNY Potsdam's Maxcy Hall on Friday, Dec. 9 and Saturday, Dec. 10.
Expected by organizers to have more vendors than any show in the North Country, the show is designed to offer a "Buy Local" experience and will features hand crafted and homemade items.
Event organizer Jo Ann Roberts from the St. Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce noted that "There is something for everyone, and you are certain to find unique gifts for your loved ones – from jewelry to cooking spices, woodwork to wine."
"These events are designed to provide sales and marketing opportunities to local businesses, artisans and crafters," said Brooke Rouse, Executive Director of the St. Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce. "
We work year round to develop the event and market it and we attract thousands of people that come to shop."
Vendors interested in reserving a booth at the show are encouraged to contact Jo Ann Roberts at jo@slcchamber.org or 386-4000.
Booths are $75 for St. Lawrence County Chamber members and $85 for non-members.
