POTSDAM – An 11-session tai chi class for adults runs from Jan. 24 to March 1 Tuesdays and Thursdays in Potsdam, with no class Jan. 31.
Classes will be from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Potsdam Presbyterian Church, 42 Elm St. The class includes chi walking, the eight silken movements, traditional Chinese exercises, standing meditation, and the 24-movement short form.
Participants may register at the first class.
