POTSDAM -- The SUNY Potsdam soccer programs will host four-day soccer schools for 5- to 13-year-olds in June and July this year.
The first runs Monday, June 24 to Thursday, June 27, at the St. Lawrence Centre Sports Complex in Massena.
The Bears will host the second school on campus at Maxcy Hall Turf Field Monday, July 15 to Thursday, July 18.
All children ages 5 to 13 are welcome to sign up. The registration fee is $90 per child. The coaching staff will concentrate on introducing the game, rules, techniques and fundamentals in an atmosphere focused on making the game fun.
Campers will have a chance to win prizes and take part in contests each day during the school and also have a chance to make their own soccer jersey.
