CANTON -- A new session of Strengthening and Toning Exercise Class begins 8 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 25 and runs Tuesdays and Thursdays through Thursday, Dec. 8 in the St. Lawrence University fitness center multi-purpose room.
There will be no classes the week of Nov. 21.
All equipment is provided.
You need not be a member of the fitness center to participate.
The fee for the six-week session (12 classes) is $45.
