POTSDAM -- A special edition of St. Lawrence County Hospice's Coffin Club on Thursday, April 30 at 2 p.m. will feature an opportunity for attendees to pose questions virtually to local funeral director, Chad Green of Donaldson-Seymour Funeral Home.
Previously, this workshop was made popular by the many ordinary and not so ordinary questions we all have about funerals. Today, with drastic changes taking place, Hospice feels it is important to help facilitate an honest conversation on the challenges funeral directors and those who are entrusted with making final arrangements face during the current health crisis.
Some topics to be addressed are limitations on who may attend visitation and calling hours, options for conducting funeral services and burial, and ideas to properly honor your loved one in light of certain restrictions.
This Lunch & Learn will be presented as a Zoom Meeting.
Register online or email samj@hospiceslv.org to receive the meeting link.
A recording of this presentation will be made available on Hospice’s website May 1, 2020.
