POTSDAM – Marina A. Llorente, co-chair of the Department of Modern Languages and Literatures at St. Lawrence University, Canton, will speak at the next installment of the 2010-11 SUNY Potsdam Women's and Gender Studies Anne R. Malone Lecture Series.
Her talk, entitled "Memory Against Forgetting: Spanish Civil War and Franco's Dictatorship in Contemporary Poetry," will be offered at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 2 in the eighth floor boardroom in Raymond Hall on the SUNY Potsdam campus.
This event is free, and the public is invited to attend. Refreshments will be served.
