The St. Lawrence University String Orchestra will present “A Night on Broadway” in Canton and Russell.
The concert will take place Sunday, April 29 at 2 p.m. in Peterson-Kermani Performance Hall in Griffiths Arts Center on campus in Canton and Friday, May 4, at 8 p.m. in the Russell Opera House, 4 Pestle St.
The program includes well-known musical works from Broadway including Fiddler on The Roof, West Side Story, Phantom of The Opera, Rent, Chess, Wicked and Les Misérables.
Soprano Alexandra Jacobs from Potsdam, as well as SLU students Mitch Galli, Evan Bartlett, Theo Brown, Victoria Ruddle and Jess Welch, along with members of The Laurentian Singers, will be featured.
Admission is free and open to the public
