This program is a free professional development resource, held monthly over Zoom. Participants must register in advance.
Strategic planning involves setting concrete, measurable goals within an organizational framework.
This framework can vary person to person, organization to organization.
Strategic planning isn’t just for arts organizations, however. SLC Arts encourages artists to also attend this Roundtable, a press release from the organization said.
