RENSSELAER FALLS – “Autumn Night Sky” is being offered at Indian Creek Nature Center Saturday, Oct. 1, from 7:30-9:00 p.m.
The community is welcome to join Nature Center leader Jeff Miller for an evening of sky gazing. Tour the sky using a telescope, binoculars and the unaided eye. Explore the mythology behind some of the constellations, view star clusters and planets.
The program has a rain/cloud date of Sunday, Oct. 2. Mask use is required.
Attendees will learn how to use easy and free apps on your phone to identify plants, birds and other animals. Binoculars will be available to borrow.
