LOUISVILLE — The Louisville Neighborhood Watch committee is working with Massena Zen-Do Kai Karate instructors to host an adult self-defense class at the Louisville Fire Station, State Route 37, on Tuesday, Nov. 29, and Thursday, Dec. 1, from 6-8 p.m.
Anyone over the age of 18 is welcome.
The class is limited to 30 participants.
Wear comfortable clothing.
There will be personal contact, but participants will not be injured in any way.
Instructors will cover the six most common attacks.
Call ahead to get registered for the class, as it is first-come-first-served for a spot in the class.
