SARANAC LAKE -- Saranac Lake’s restaurants, bars and breweries are joining together for a week of discounted food and drinks.
The Savor SLK Committee is coordinating a “Sip & Savor SLK Week” from Apr. 30 – May 7.
Participating businesses will offer Prix Fixe, 3-course menus of $20, $30, or $40 and/or drink specials.
Sip & Savor SLK Week is concurrent with National Small Business week and will present a unique opportunity to support small businesses during a usually slow time of year for most.
The food and drink week may seem familiar to some people since Professor Joe Conto worked with a Paul Smith’s College volunteer committee to create “Eat ADK” in 2015. The program was welcomed in the community and has since been missed. The committee hopes to expand to surrounding areas in the coming years.
