MASSENA -- New York State Office of Parks, Recreation, and Historical Preservation Safe Boating course is offered Sunday, July 31 beginning at 8:30 a.m. at the Massena Volunteer Fire Station, 34 Andrews St.
This is the course required for any person between the ages of 10 and 18 operating a boat, and it is also the course required of everyone operating a personal watercraft.
