GOUVERNEUR – Golfers are preparing for the 2010 Ryan’s Wish Foundation Golf Tournament to be held on Saturday, Aug. 14 at 1 p.m. at Emerald Greens Golf Course in Gouverneur.
The golf tournament is in memory of Ryan Saidel who lost his battle with cancer on Feb. 7, 2004. Ryan defined the word courage as he lived his life inspiring others to make the best of each and every day.
The 9-Hole event will be a four-person captain and crew - $140 per team, $35 an individual, dinner included. Dinner donation for those who are not playing golf will be $15.
