POTSDAM -- The American Red Cross of Northern New York is offering CPR for the Professional Rescuer noon to 7 p.m. Saturday, April 9 at the Potsdam American Red Cross office, 73 Market St.
Those with a duty to act -- professional rescuers, healthcare providers, lifeguards – will learn the skills needed to respond appropriately to breathing and cardiac emergencies. This includes the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED).
The instructor is Brian Vaughan. The cost is $70. Pre-registration and pre-payment is required by noon on Friday, April 8.
