MASSENA—The New York Power Authority (NYPA) will once again host its “Beat the Heat Summer Movie Days” every Tuesday this summer at the admission-free Frank S. McCullough, Jr. Hawkins Point Visitors Center and Boat Launch in Massena.
The special summer campaign, which is in addition to the visitors center’s Friday matinee movie series, features a full day of free movies and popcorn every Tuesday during the months of July and August. Family-friendly films will be shown at 10 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. in the visitors center’s air-conditioned auditorium.
The schedule this week is:
July 17:
10 a.m. “Happy Feet Two”
1 p.m. “Mirror, Mirror”
3 p.m. “Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked”
