POTSDAM — The Potsdam village board of trustees will hold a special meeting July 5 at 4:30 p.m. in the civic center board room.
The board is expected to hold an information session on the community choice aggregation program. CCAs are programs that allow municipalities to contract with a third party broker to purchase renewable energy at fixed rates on behalf of residents. The program is essentially a buying club for electricity.
