GOUVERNEUR – The Gouverneur Chamber of Commerce will be hosting the 3rd annual Oktoberfest on Saturday Oct. 9 in the Village Park from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Featured events will include an apple pie baking contest, bed races, a pretzel eating contest, many games for adults and children, crafters and food vendors, a beer wagon and wine tasting and the first scarecrow building event.
