CANTON – Cornell Cooperative Extension will offer the next class in its food preservation series “Flavorful Condiments: Pesto & Hot Sauce Workshop,” on Tuesday, Aug. 20 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Extension Learning Farm’s harvest kitchen.
The farm is located south of the village of Canton at 2043-B State Highway 68.
Held in a modern teaching kitchen, this hands-on workshop is inspired by the seasonal bounty of the North Country, said an extension press release.
