CANTON – St. Lawrence Health invites you to Walk with a Doc on Saturday, Oct. 1, at 10 a.m. at the Remington Trail at Partridge Run Golf Course, 70 Sullivan Drive.
“Move it or lose it: How movement and lifespan are connected” is the theme of the event.
Join Canton-Potsdam Hospital pediatrician Cynthia Mondesir, MD, along with physical therapist Stacey Zeigler, DPT, and other members of Clarkson University's Doctor of Physical Therapy Program for some exercise and information.
Those attending will learn about the importance of movement and enjoy a walk on a flat, paved trail at your own pace while getting to know some of our local healthcare providers.
Water, healthy snacks, and giveaways will be provided.
The event is sponsored by St. Lawrence Health, and A Bridge to Wellness.
It is free and open to people of all ages and abilities.
