The Thousand Island Chapter SAR, Nihanawate Chapter DAR, Madrid American Legion, St. Lawrence County Historian and Madrid Town Historians, Forsyth’s Rifles Inc, and Colonel Wemble’s 2nd Reg’t Albany County Militia will be in attendance for the dedication.
