Owl presentation at Potsdam Public Library Sunday

POTSDAM -- Adirondack Raptor owner, and children’s author, Mark Manske and his Eurasian Eagle Owl, Morley, will make his first of four appearances in Potsdam Public Library on Feb.12 at 1 p.m. In his first meeting, Mark will talk about his work with Snowy White Owls and how they influenced his first book, The Great Snowy Owl Caper.

Mark and Morley will return to the library on Sunday, Feb. 26, at 1 p.m. to talk about goshawks; Sunday, March 12, at 1 p.m., to talk about kestrels;

And Sunday, March 26 , at 1 p.m.to talk about saw whet owls.

During each appearance Mark will talk about different parts of his work with these birds of prey, as well as his series Adventures with Stoney, which are available for check out at the library.
