CLIFTON — An online only auction for three real estate properties will be held from Sept. 15 beginning at noon until Sept. 29 at 10 a.m.
Two of the properties are in the hamlet of Newton Falls, with the third in the hamlet of Star Lake.
A 10% discounted buyer’s premium is in effect for the auction for payments made in cash or certified funds.
Interested parties must complete an online bidder registration packet and create an online bidding account with Auctions International.
