OGDENSBURG – A public chicken and biscuit dinner will be held at the First United Methodist Church, corner of Caroline and Montgomery streets, Thursday, Sept. 9 beginning at 4:30 p.m.

Also featured are mashed potatoes, gravy, vegetables, assorted desserts and beverages, eat-in or take-out. Meals are free, but a donation of $7 for adults and $3 for children 12 and under is suggested.

Children ages 5 and under are free, with exception to take-outs. For more information, contact 393-1289 before 5 p.m. the day of or day before the dinner.
