WADDINGTON -- The Greater Ogdensburg Chamber of Commerce and the Ogdensburg Volunteer Rescue Squad are co-sponsoring a golf tournament July 9 to raise funds for the chamber’s many civic events and the rescue squad’s building fund.
The tournament will take place at Twin Brooks Golf Course. Cost is $75 per person and includes golf, cart, lunch and a steak dinner and awards ceremony at the Knights of Columbus in Ogdensburg.
Participants will have a chance to win a new car with a hole-in-one on the par three #16 hole, compliments of Blevins Brothers or a vacation, set of clubs or set of drivers with a hole-in-one on the other par threes.
Cash prizes for the best men’s, women’s or mixed team, longest drive and closest to the pin will be awarded. A Skins Game and Par three shoot outs are also planned.
