OGDENSBURG -- Residents from around the county will have a chance to sample and purchase a variety of wines and beers from throughout the North Country.
The Greater Ogdensburg Chamber of Commerce annual beer and wine festival will be held Aug. 11 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Aug. 12 from noon to 5 p.m. at the Lockwood Arena, New York Avenue, Ogdensburg.
A variety of hand crafted chocolates, baked goods, farm fresh cheeses, meats , honey and maple products, specialty sauces, rubs, olive oils, jerkeys, vinegars, herbs, fresh vegetables, spices, plus freshly roasted nuts and coffees will available for sampling and purchase. Ten new vendors from across New York State are expected to attend.
Admission is $5 for adults $4 for military and free for children under 12.
