NYPA offering presentations Tuesday, Thursday on 100-mile transmission rebuilding project

The general public is invited to participate in virtual public meetings on the Northern New York Priority Transmission Project to rebuild approximately 100 miles of transmission lines in the North Country between Massena and Clinton and the Mohawk Valley between Croghan and Marcy.

The meetings will include a 30-minute presentation on the project, a joint project of the New York Power Authority and National Grid, followed by question and answers.

Meetings on the Massena to Clinton portion of the project will be held April 6 at 2 p.m. and April 8 at 6 p.m.

Meetings on the Croghan to Marcy portion will be April 8 at 2 p.m. and April 13 at 6 p.m.
