POTSDAM – A “Novice Snowshoe Adventure up Azure Mountain” with Dr. Blair Madore, of the ADK Mountain Club Laurentian Chapter is planned for Sunday, Feb. 5, at 10 a.m.
“The view from the mountain top is incredible and boasts a fire tower, too. The trail is short (1 mile each way) but steep (over 900 feet of elevation) making for a doable but exciting snowshoe trek for novices and more experienced people alike,” said Potsdam Public Library’s Facebook page, The program is a joint Potsdam Public Library on the Outside event with the ADK Club.
