CANTON — NCPR's Underscore Project will present the culminating event of its Live at the Cinder Block Café virtual performance series, a live in person concert, on Friday, Oct. 7, at St. Lawrence University’s Gulick Theater.
All four groups who performed during the virtual series will perform during the free concert which starts at 6 p.m.:
• Virtuoso fiddler Gretchen Koehler accompanied by NCPR String Fever host Barb Heller
• The Phoenix Jazz Collective, one of the North Country’s premier sources for classic jazz
• Animal Crackers, playing lively music for kids of all ages
• The Caramelo Trio, a unique mix of Latin American folk music performed on cello, guitar, and cajon
Doors open at 5:30.
The concert is free, but tickets are required.
