POTSDAM – A National Day of Service to honor local emergency workers and law enforcement personnel will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 10 at 6 p.m. the West Potsdam Fire Hall, 45 Blanchard Rd.
There will be speakers representing SLCES emergency services, local police and sheriff’s departments, fire departments and rescue squads.
Refreshments will be provided by the Auxiliary.
A 50/50 drawing will help support the local Chapter 2831 of AARP.
The event is free and open-to-the community.
