MORLEY -- Morley Library will participate in “International Games Day @ your library” Saturday, Nov. 3 from 1 to 4 p.m.
Along with other libraries across the country and around the world, Morley Library will offer special gaming programs and events suitable for the whole family.
Agnes Hoey, Library Manager for the Morley Library believes that gaming is yet another example of how libraries are becoming more than just educational resources for the communities that they serve. They are also places where users of all ages are welcome to have fun together.
Morley Library’s game day will feature board games, card games and traditional games like chess and checkers. Choose a game from the library’s collection or bring a game from home to share.
No registration is required, but children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
