MORLEY – A spa and wellness event sponsored by the Morley Library Association will be held at the Morley Recreation Center from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 14.

Northwest Tech senior students will provide manicures, pedicures, paraffin hand dips and facials. Appointments for these services can be made in advance.

Also, massage therapist Alice Poole will provide a relaxing massage treatment for $10. The St. Lawrence Health Initiative will be holding a free health screening for cholesterol, blood pressure, percentage of body fat and blood glucose levels.
