CANTON – “Misquoting Jesus: Scribes Who Changed the Scriptures and Readers Who May Never Know,” a lecture at St. Lawrence University Thursday, April 12, at 7:30 p.m. in Eben Holden, St. Lawrence University, will be given by Bart D. Ehrman, Professor of Religious Studies at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, a leading authority on the Bible and the life of Jesus.
Ehrman is the author of more than 20 books, including the New York Times best-selling “Misquoting Jesus,” and has appeared on NBC’s “Dateline,” “The Daily Show with Jon Stewart,” CNN, The History Channel and National Public Radio, and has been featured in Time, the New York Times, The New Yorker, and The Washington Post.
