CANTON — A meditation group is meeting in Canton on Nov. 15 and Nov. 29, from 6-7:15 p.m. Beginner through advanced practitioners welcomed.
This group will be an adjunct to any practice.
Chakra balancing, presence meditation, creative visualization, and an intro to transcendental meditation.
Each session will end with a Reiki/Metatron group healing.
A donation of $10 will be collected from those attending.
