NORWOOD – A medical terminology course will be offered at the Norwood Adult Education Center from 6 to 9 p.m. on Tuesdays, March 6 through May 9. Students will be given an overview of each body system and an explanation of how medical words are formed.
This course can be an introduction to a career in any health profession, especially nursing. Individuals working as support staff, including those in medical billing and insurance, can benefit from this course. Cost of the course is $225 plus the textbook for $63.75.
