MASSENA -- The Massena Business Development Corporation will hold a special meeting today, Wednesday, May 6 at 4:30 p.m. via Zoom.
Board officials anticipate moving immediately into executive session to discuss their contract with the town, and BDC Director Jim Murphy's employment contract.
The Open Meetings Law allows an executive session to discuss "the medical, financial, credit or employment history of a particular person or corporation, or matters leading to the appointment, employment, promotion, demotion, discipline, suspension, dismissal or removal of a particular person or corporation."
