MASSENA – The Massena Artists Association will hold its 2010 Membership Show at the Massena Public Library from Oct. 19 through Oct. 29.

A reception will be held at 6:30 p.m. at the library on Oct. 19. Awards will be presented and the Artist of the Year will be announced at that time.

Refreshments will be served. The public is invited to attend.

All MAA members are invited to submit up to three recent works to the exhibit. Work may be in any medium -- drawing, painting, watercolor, pastel, sculpture, photography, or mixed media.

Work is to be dropped off at the library on Saturday, Oct. 16 by 10 a.m.

To help defray expenses of the exhibit, please include a fee of $1 per piece with the application.

Only current members of MAA are eligible to exhibit in this show.

All members are reminded that dues for the 2010-11 year are due in September.

Dues may be submitted at the same time as show application forms.

All regional artists -- amateur, professional, or student artists -- are invited to join MAA and submit work to this exhibit.

2010-11 Membership Application forms may be picked up at the Massena Public Library.
