POTSDAM – “The Student-Athlete and College Recruiting” is the topic of a sessions 6:30 p.m. March 21 at Potsdam Central High School.
Athletes in grades eight to 12 and their parents are invited to learn prepare for collegee athletics and the recruiting process, receive scholarship offers and “market” yourself to college coaches.
The session will also offer ways to seek grant funding at Division III schools and explain how to prepare physically to become a college athlete.
“The Student-Athlete and College Recruiting” is also the title of a book written and compile by Rick Wire. Attendees will receive a free SAT/ACT Prep DVD.
