HEUVELTON — Local favorite Northbound will perform at the Heuvelton Boat Launch on Saturday, Aug. 26 at 6:30 p.m.

Northbound, which includes Michael Welch, Don Cannamela, Larry Baycura, Andy Van Duyne, Chip Lamson, and Tim Savage, performs a smorgasbord of well-known and loved pop, rock, and folk music from the past five decades.

Their music, spanning a wide variety of musical tastes, is influenced by popular singer-songwriters including James Taylor, Paul Simon, John Fogerty, and The Beatles.

The core of "Northbound" goes back over 10 years, and the current configuration has performed concerts and shows at many venues around the North Country, and Upstate New York.

Concert goers should bring their own blanket or lawn chair. Admission by donation.

Rain venue will be at Pickens Hall.
