CANTON -- Little River Community School’s 17th annual Winterfest will be held on Saturday, Feb. 9, from 1-4 p.m.
There will be free fun for the whole family with outdoor activities, indoor craft projects, live music, and snacks.
Outside, the children can pet the miniature donkeys, play in the snow, and then come in for hot cider and cookies.
Inside, the kids can make crafts, origami stars, rag dolls, or finger knitting; play chess; or have their faces painted.
All activities are free and open to the public.
The Winterfest will go on rain or shine, snow or no.
Little River Community School is located five miles south of Canton at 1227 County Route 25, on the Canton-Russell Road.
